Bedford, New Hampshire

Bedford, New Hampshire, a town of under 20,000 residents, is located conveniently less than one hour from Boston, the seacoast and the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

Bedford was formerly farmland, but is now mostly graceful homes for those commuting to nearby Manchester, New Hampshire and Nashua, Boston and Concord NH.  Bedford has one of the highest average personal incomes in the state.

Eighty percent of Bedford is residential, although there is a growing amount of commerce, featuring the Bedford Village Inn and Restaurant, which is rated as one of the top Bed and Breakfasts in the state of New Hampshire as well as one of the finest restaurants, C. R. Sparks.  Much of the business community is focused along Route 3, with numerous shopping centers such as the Bedford Mall.

Bedford also features several ball fields, skiing trails, fishing areas and ice skating.
