I am a graduate of Tabor Academy and Bates College, where I received a BA in Sociology.

I have attended Harvard University Summer School, where I studied  Micro Computers and information Technology, and I have also studied at Sea Education Association in Woods Hole, MA.

I am affiliated with the Brin Realty Group of Amherst, New Hampshire, and am a member of the Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors®. 

I have served on the board of Directors of the Greater Nashua Area Homebuilders and Remodeler's Association, the local chapter of the National Association of Home Builders.

I am the Managing Member of Kairos IGTM, LLC, a company that provides real estate consulting and construction management services, where I manage the daily operations of each many unique, challenging and exciting projects. I am tasked with the responsibility of providing consultations using my knowledge of building materials, building systems, methods of construction, and area building trends. I work with architects and professional home designers to design and create home plans, and I am presently work with several local building companies in both a real estate and consulting capacity.

My wife and I live in Mont Vernon, NH with our two daughters. My wife and I are active in the local and surrounding communities. I have coached high school football in the town of Milford, and serve as a firefighter for the town of Mont Vernon.   My wife has been active as a Big Sister and as a teacher at the PLUS Company Education Program.

Karolin Campbell is teaming up with Dave after returning to her native New Hampshire from Massachusetts, where she first gained licensure as a real estate agent under the Jack Conway company. She has worked in marketing and project management within commercial construction and apprenticed in residential home construction on the seacoast while attending UNH, gaining an understanding of both the business and hands-on aspects of building.

Karolin and her husband founded their own home furnishings company while living in Massachusetts. As a retail business owner, Karolin honed her sales and marketing skills while enjoying the opportunity to work with homeowners, interpreting their individual needs and seeing that each achieved complete satisfaction. Real Estate allows her to couple her skills and passions while assisting people through a process driven service, assuring their needs are met through prompt response, attention to detail, and clear communication. She embraces the opportunity to help connect people with all the best our area has to offer.
