My experience as a builder also allows me to help clients understand the process of buying new construction.  It is my conviction that knowing what you are going to get and how much it is going to cost is crucial.  Buying new construction can be a daunting process as there are many factors to consider: quality of construction, reputation of the builder, allowances, costs for changes, cost overruns and upgrades, site selection.  If a person doesn’t fully understand all of these then they could leave themselves exposed to unexpected financial trouble. 

My building and development experience helps when a client needs help with their home, but don’t know who to talk to, or where to begin.  Something as simple as a homeowner who needs assistance with obtaining a survey of their lot lines, or understanding their plot plan, with my background, and contacts I am able to offers services and information many other agents may not.
